El verano se acabó. Se acabó hace mucho tiempo, más del que casi podemos recordar. La vuelta al trabajo siempre es complicada y una de las cosas que más nos preocupan es mantener el nivel de productividad. Al final, ser productivo es algo que en la mayoría de personas repercute en su horario de salida de la oficina. Con una carga de trabajo normal, si eres productivo durante tus horas de trabajo, lo normal es que salgas a tu hora.
Dentro de mi búsqueda por aumentar la productividad encontré la aplicación Freedom que limita tu acceso a internet durante el tiempo que indiques. De esta forma dejarás de recibir mensajes de Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, correos electrónicos y demás notificaciones que hacen que estés consultando el móvil cada cinco minutos.
Porque sí, es cierto, en horas de trabajo miramos el smartphone más veces de las que deberíamos. En concreto Kokoro Studio, una empresa centrada en el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles, dice que el 88% de los empleados accede a Internet desde sus smarthpones dedicando casi una hora diaria a sus teléfonos móviles durante una jornada laboral de ocho horas.
Aunque aplicaciones como Freedom pueden parecer una solución efectiva a este problema, existe otra opción: dotar a los terminales de los trabajadores de funcionalidades relacionadas con su actividad diaria. De esta forma, un 70% de trabajadores que acaba utilizando sus propias aplicaciones para la gestión diaria de su trabajo, contaría con herramientas específicas y completas.
Una de estas aplicaciones sería Tolku, un sistema de mensajería interna que permite mantener conectados a los empleados de una misma empresa a través de sus dispositivos móviles. La aplicación cuenta con un directorio de trabajadores, realiza llamadas telefónicas y manda correos electrónicos.
En esa misma línea encontramos ZenQuest, para involucrar a los empleados en la toma de decisiones y escucharles. La aplicación permite lanzar preguntas y extraer conclusiones sobre lo que esperan los trabajadores (mejorando así la comunicación).
La última solución que proponen es Furi-Room para la gestión de las salas: saber cuál está vacía, cuál puedes reservar y evitar por tanto confusiones y esperas.
En definitiva vemos que las empresas también pueden dar opciones a los trabajadores y utilizar ese tiempo en que usan consultando móvil en horas de trabajo.
