Las oportunidades efectivas

No siempre tenemos la oportunidad que requerimos. Ni siempre, ni todos. Y a veces en ello está la diferencia. Y, además, desde el principio. Para que hablemos de oportunidades perdidas, antes hace falta que haya oportunidades efectivas. Las dificultades pueden obedecer a distintos y complejos motivos, pero en ocasiones la máxima expresión de hallarnos en un tiempo complicado radica en que no hay modo de encontrar la oportunidad adecuada. En general, los tiempos no acostumbran a ser fáciles, al menos para algunos, pero es cierto que nos vemos en una encrucijada cuya expresión es simple y llanamente que muchos carecen de oportunidad. Considerar que el estado en el que cada cual nos encontramos obedece al mérito, al esfuerzo y a la capacidad, sin duda imprescindibles, supone ignorar que hay a quienes ni siquiera se les presta la ocasión para poder ejercitarlos y mostrarlos.

Esta situación resulta especialmente dolorosa e inquietante y, siquiera por eso, hemos de evitar los discursos eufóricos sobre la iniciativa personal o el entusiasmo emprendedor, sin duda estos asimismo muy recomendables. También en tal caso conviene no olvidar que no faltan quienes, teniéndolos, no encuentran cauces ni caminos para desarrollarlos, ni siquiera tienen una mínima ocasión. Por eso, no pocas veces se sienten molestos, incluso ofendidos, por quienes parecen atribuir su situación, sin perspectivas inmediatas ni horizontes razonables, a su falta de coraje y de decisión,  de nuevo sin duda asimismo convenientes. Todo para indicar que, con independencia de los múltiples valores y cualidades que han de alentar a quien pretende algo, lo que es determinante es que tenga oportunidad de ponerlos en práctica y de hacerlos valer. De hacerse valer.

El colmo consiste en culpabilizar a quienes se hallan en tal difícil situación. No se trata de propiciar discursos paternalistas ni de conmiseración, ni de alentar a la resignada parálisis de una quietud expectante, sino de trabajar intensa y activamente para generar oportunidad, para abrir posibilidades y para lograr que se ofrezcan. O para propiciar que sea en efecto viable que uno pueda procurárselas. Muchas oportunidades pueden quizá perderse, pero para ello es preciso que existan. La máxima expresión del desaliento social no obedece simplemente a que se deterioran o se pierden, sino también a que no se propician ni generan el impulso y el desafío de algunas perspectivas o posibilidades. Y para no pocos son reducidas. No es cuestión, sin embargo, solemos decir, de limitarnos a aguardar a que ocurra, hay que hacerlo suceder. Pero incluso esta actitud en numerosas ocasiones no resulta del todo factible.

El desaliento en determinados ámbitos obedece a que en tiempos complejos es tal la urgencia por preservar y el temor por perder lo obtenido, lo logrado, lo conseguido, que apenas hay espacio o fuerzas para impulsar o propiciar oportunidad. Ni siempre sensibilidad para considerarlo una prioridad. Hablar en tales circunstancias de algo nuevo o diferente parece iluso y recibe la respuesta, desde un cierto realismo, de que uno no parece estar al tanto de lo que sucede. Pretender cualquier impulso o sostenimiento de ideas, proyectos o programas se considera signo evidente de insensatez, de falta de capacidad de adaptación. Son buenos tiempos para emboscar nuestra incoherencia.

Ello incide de modo crucial en la generación de oportunidad, además, por supuesto, de que impide la respuesta a necesidades o el desarrollo de acciones imprescindibles. Puede decirse que en eso consiste lo complejo de la situación, pero no dejan de ser desconcertantes, y cuanto menos discutibles, los criterios que empleamos para afrontarla. No digamos ya si de lo que se trata es de innovar, que es algo que no se reduce a dar respuestas diferentes al afán de novedades, sino otro modo de proceder. Resulta por cierto decisivo hacerlo, ya no sólo para ampliar la oportunidad, sino para que simplemente exista. Y en esto también precisamos de innovación social.

El desamparo o el desánimo que envuelven a personas y a grupos bien diferenciados y extensos no se afrontan simplemente con discursos alentadores. Se precisa toda una actitud social, política, que establezca como absoluta prioridad la consideración de quienes se encuentran en situación de indefensión ante la ausencia de oportunidades.

Por eso, al hablar de oportunidad hemos de subrayar con contundencia la necesidad de impulsar, de propiciar, de defender la igualdad de oportunidades. Y ello es expresión máxima de toda una posición que en definitiva determina la consideración que nos merecen los otros. El simple análisis de resultados, sin atender a las condiciones de partida y al camino emprendido, es bien sintomático de la perspectiva desde la cual analizamos la coyuntura en la que nos encontramos. De ahí que afrontar con alcance una situación compleja y confusa como la presente exige reclamar esa igualdad de oportunidades, si se pretende abordar de raíz aquello que es prioritario.

Apropiarse del conocimiento o hurtarlo a determinados sectores o colectivos, o no favorecerlo en las debidas condiciones desde la infancia, o estimar que es suficiente, eso sí, para otros,  con unos niveles que tienen dificultades para llegar a ser básicos, coartan el principio de oportunidad. Ya no será suficiente con igualar el análisis de los logros. Sin duda, la oportunidad no es simplemente una valoración final conmensurable, es asimismo la creación de condiciones equitativas desde el inicio.

La solidaridad con quienes carecen de tales oportunidades y una y otra vez chocan contra el muro de la imposibilidad no se ejerce simplemente con la necesaria comprensión. Hacernos cargo exige implicación para estimar que no hemos de entregarnos a la fácil e injusta apreciación de que la oportunidad de los demás agrede la propia. Resulta especialmente significativo si se hace desde sectores que dicen valorar la competitividad. La dimensión social de la oportunidad ha de acompañar este desafío, hasta el extremo de que sintamos que sin equidad en la oportunidad no cabe hablar seriamente de igualdad.

Nadie ha de ser excluido de las oportunidades, que algunos administran con oportunismo. Ello sería simplemente discriminación. Cada quien ha de tener sus momentos propicios, que han de ser ocasiones efectivamente oportunas.

UNDERSTANDING
What after all, is my problem with OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST and what I call the CHRRRRRIST MECHANISM? If you are on the HUMAN SIMIAN KILLING PLAIN of pre-agricultural Man, and game is scarce and real nourishment is for the moment an impossibility, what do you do:
1)Lie down and die: this is not what people in collective groups do; hunger is fierce and the frustration it leads to. Have you ever experienced it? You become aggressive and jittery, and your frustration turns into fierce and sharpened rage; try being in a group when everybody is like that. Violence is inevitable. And despite your rage, you are mentally steely calm-a real bad combination.
2)Select a child (and you'll surely know which one!); strike him down with violence (this is the way it is done by men), dismember the body, and put limbs and parts of it on a spit over a fire. And what drives you in your cold rage, now, is hunger and only the promise of relief from it. Nobody probably talks in the group because they know exactly what you are doing when you suddenly and with explosive violence, strike down your son-or most probably your daughter. And no words will ever be spoken again of this individual that everybody knew and had some kind of contact or relationship with; or very likely -as another way of collective suppression-it could be in some way "romanced" away or sublimminated in some basic way, although your power of language is surely also not very developed; but at the time, it makes no difference to anybody how it is looked upon: it is suddenly carried out by a man-or even a mother- that makes a decision and at once it is understood by all: there will be food now, and the cost, at that moment, is not even considered! And it is done.
ANSWER
-It is plainly obvious what man does faced with hunger and starvation in a group.
But this is not really my problem with J.CRRRRIST; this was done even before Jewish culture proper. Issac and the scapegoat, and the apple (with a worm in it) in the garden of Eden and the association made in Genesis between the body in a sexual sense and cannibalism is evident, but only as a syncretism: Cain is actually Able; Cain is a farmer, the light of life, the road to civilization and it is Able that must be destroyed for he feeds human flesh-his children and foreskin from male circumcision to his pigs! How can Able be a herdsman if there is no feed for his animals? And for reasons that I haven't thought out, it was surely more important to maintain the herd animals-wild pigs-alive, rather than human children, especially females, because they lead to demographic problems-more mouths to feed. Circumcision for Jews, then, is a syncretism coming form the fact that, because boys survived rather than females, they "contributed" or paid a token price to the collective group in their foreskin, a symbol of triumph and sorrow at the same time for being male and for female children that are eaten as a price the whole group pays and benefits form. And this is the origin of circumsicion in primitive Jewish culture. And the foreskin was fed to the pigs also for practical reasons and as a sublimination of the fact that life goes on but for entirely unjust causes that only God knows-that female children are consumed so that all may live on. But today pigs are scorned in Jewish and primitive Christian culture-but nobody knows why in the mainstream, human-dog life of humanity today.
And now for the real problem: thanks in part to Jewish culture, we have what everybody calls today, TECHNOLOGY-for, perhaps 3000 years, it has not been necessary for man to survive endogamicly by eating the flesh of his own children. But animals and their sacrifice took the place of simian killing plains girls who were necessary gutted and eaten; later and now Rabies "purify" the meat of animals (never the pig) also a syncretic reference to the human and animal consumption of the flesh of young girls. And culture and Christianity and culture again grew and evolved out of this human darkness of the depths that you can never really know, now (no matter what they lead you to believe in films about psychopathic cannibals; not like it originally was.) And it was supressed at the time and over history.
But its seed is the base of many aspects of our culture to this day, right now. Christ is clearly a renewal of the same thing, but this time it is a fairy tale sublimination of what was originally the violent striking down and gutting of children; but already, at the time of ELIU in the Book of Job, cannibalism did not take place because of technical advances and the evolution of society. What then does Christ really hide? The association of your human corpse, its rotting and sex, "things of the flesh"; and in order to advance as a group now god must be appeased just in the way savages do in films on Pacific Islands. Jesus is a Walt Disney way of hiding his murder, your felling him violently and all of your devouring of his flesh in order to keep the the light of life under this clearly hateful, ugly God that you so need to see as omnipotent. But you are a MURDER-you are not saved by anybody; your murderous anger, rage and arrogance at striking down and eating your fellow man to survive, is something you will forever onwards cower from, not have the moral/vital courage to face. AND YOU HIDE BEHIND THE LIGHT AND THE GLORY OF YOUR HERO, A LONG HAIRED PHYSICALLY NOBEL PIECE OF MEAT THAT YOU GREEDILY DEVOURED IN YOUR WILL TO LIVE THAT NOW IS SECRETLY SEEN BY YOU AS ARROGANCE, THE ARROGANCE OF MAN TO KILL AND EAT ANOTHER-AND JESUS MUST PROTECT YOU FORM YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!! PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPRESSION OF LIFE,OF THE WILL TO LIVE ON-AND YOU, IN YOUR SOUL PREFER DEATH, FOR YOU ARE DEATH-A MURDEROUS HEATHEN THAT YOU YOURSELF KILL IN YOU.
This is the great crime of Christianity on a psychological level. You live life as death in your self, all you call the flesh and your arrogance to life that you necessarly kill in yourself. But the problem is, once again, that western culture is anchored in this MURDEROUS HELL of Life that is, for you, at a psychological level, MURDER, CANNIBALISM AND SEX. AND I AM NOT SURPRISED THAT YOU LIVE LIFE AS FLIGHT FORM THIS.
But, once again: because of technology we have moved away from the killing plains of our simian selves. But KULTURE has not. The law,guilt in KULTURE, morality, sexual tabus and the destructive torment people live in trying to deal with their own "flesh", their impulses and vitality itself-which even today, still for many people, is something that must be struck down in life. And in this way, this homicidal life mode is imposed on others and especially your necessary and constant victims THAT YOU OWE YOUR IDENTITY TO, FOR THEY DEFINE YOU BECAUSE YOU FEED OFF OF THEIR FLESH AND BLOOD. And Max Weber came very close to getting at the heart of this, but he did not go far enough. Capaitalism, as I say and in this sense, contains the seed of cannibalism as syncreticly passed on through Jewish and Christian Kulture, then being secularized in the form of what you call DEMOCRACY. The Death Penalty in Texas, for example is a very, brutally stupid and simple example of EXACTLY WHAT I AM SAYING. But we are not clearly not talking about the consumption of human flesh, rather THE MURDER OF THE ARROGANT, THOSE THAT RISE UP AND STRIKE DOWN, as seen by you; and your horrid little Christian heart sees nothing human and worthy of redemption in that convict and NEITHER IN YOUR SELF; AND TO PROP UP YOUR OWN MOTOR THROUGH LIFE, THE HARSHNESS YOU TREAT YOUR SELF WITH IN YOUR SUPRESSION OF VITAL IMPULSE INSIDE YOUR SELF IS WHAT YOU IMPOSE ON OTHERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE YOU CAN JUSTIFY AS DESERVING OF BEING SLAUGHTERED-AND YOU ARE A BUTCHER, A SLAUGHTERER OF OTHERS. And in this way you have a sever and heartless view of morality, and of the individual him or herself.
But why do we need to continue to live in this manner, with institutions that continue to operate with this unspoken logic that is itself the darkness of a bottomless well (that goes directly into hell, for you are A MURDERER, defined in your continuum with the thousands the State of Texas has put to death in the "benefit" of Texan society). THE CHRRRRRIST MECHANISM.
But agian the same question: why do we allow KULTURE to be KULUTRE (K FOR KILLING), AND NOT CULUTRE based on rationality and not on the rationality of irrationality of self suppression, the violence of FEAR AND INSECURITY THAT IS THE HEART OF ELIU, THE CHILD, THE MAN CHILD THAT KILLS OTHERS AS A LIFE MODE.

I agree that 35% of this money will be for you as foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 10 % will be set aside for expenses incurred during the business and 55% would be for me . There after I will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated. Therefore to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to your account as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as next of kin of the deceased customer.

Significado por una parte y balbuceos simplemente foneticos. Esta muy bien la cancion DA DA, por ejemplo; y de vez en cuando impera exactamente SU FALTA DE SIGNIFICADO, el librarse de la racionalidad en si. Pero no por mucho tiempo, y siempre en contraste con lo que es el significado, lo solido y REAL; o por lo menso aquello que se pueda sistematizar y comunicar a otros. Y, claro, a veces solo deseas comunicar el DA DA por que te gusta el sonido, nada mas.
